All bike come with a 3 month warranty in which we will mail replacement if any parts we replaced fail within 3 days by DHL service. When you have problems with the bike, please email us with descriptions about the issue you have, the most detailed you let us know, the easier we find out the solution. When any parts are failed, we do not request it back but we will need to see a picture of it to consider the situation, in this case we can send you a replacement or pay for the fixing if you have to.
